Often in my previous works I have incorporated contrasts between strict geometrical elements and softer amorphous forms. In these more fanciful drawings, which I have entitled <i>Oddballs<\/i> for their quirky peculiarity, I continue to take in hand this opposition.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In them I have introduced a spatial &#8220;cutout&#8221;\u2013 a shape producing a distinct optical effect of a more intense and material white, greater than the normal white of the page.
